I Am So Sorry

I received news on Jamie Morgan Anggang's demise from ex-partner-in-crime, Rooney on Saturday night. My entire weekend was gonna fall apart.

JMA is the last person I can ever imagine, not living on this earth. Remember he sent me The Package for my birthday, all the way from Labuan. (in butterfly gift wrap)

That, is JMA. Who knows how to anticipate, who knows how to host, who knows how. Just knows how.

Who hosted our stay in Labuan, who made me laugh so hard, who introduced me to Andreas whom then tattooed my leg, who drove a huge-ass Fortuner that I had difficulties climbing into.

That, is Jamie Morgan Anggang.


I was so shocked and sorry to hear that he is no longer with us. And I wish I had a good picture to put up on my blog for him. I just wish I met Jo too, when I was in Labuan.

If I am feeling this way, I could only imagine what Jo was feeling.


This is JMA, who was in the middle of putting up his own resort in Labuan. This is JMA who has always encouraged me to go home to CSI Supreme Sundays. This is JMA.

JMA who used to run Cesar's Bistro. JMA who used to take us all to Grappa SoHo. JMA who has an airbrushed Liverpool logo on his MR2. JMA.


I could harly believe he's gone...




I am so sorry. You do not deserve to go. There are much more unworthy people. But such is life.
The good die young, I remember him say. And I guess, he went when he still is.
